The terms of the site and the club.

01Using the site

Novaris.club is operated by Novaris ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. The Ideas are free to read and always will be. You may share links to them and quote short extracts with attribution; please do not republish whole pieces without asking.

02Content and opinions

Ideas and expert opinions are the views of the people who wrote them, shared to be useful, not as professional advice. Check anything that matters to your own situation before acting on it. We try hard to be accurate and will correct errors when they are pointed out.

03Requesting an invite

Requesting an invite does not create membership. We read every request personally and reply either way. We may decline or defer a request to keep the room varied and small, and we are under no obligation to explain beyond an honest reply.

04Membership

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared. The founding cohort is free of charge. If we later introduce a fee we will tell members clearly and in advance, and no one will be charged without agreeing first.

Members may leave at any time by emailing us. We may end a membership where these terms or the room rules are broken, with a reason given.

05Room rules

What is said in the room stays in the room unless the person who said it agrees otherwise. No selling to other members. Speak plainly, share what you tried including what failed, and treat people with respect. These are the conditions that make the room useful, and we take them seriously.

06What you contribute

If you contribute an Idea or notes, you keep ownership. You give Novaris permission to edit for clarity and publish it with your name, on the site and in communications to members. Tell us if you would like something taken down and we will do so promptly.

07Our intellectual property

The Novaris name, mark and the design of this site belong to Novaris. Published Ideas belong to their authors and to Novaris jointly unless stated otherwise.

08Liability

We provide the site and the club as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on content or from participation in the club. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and members will be told of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions to hello@novaris.club.
